From day one I felt very welcomed to the mprs family.i came from a history of very unhealthy living. I felt certain aspects of fitness would be unattainable to me... I was very wrong.. I lost alot of weight, which mprs played a substantial part in. The tailored sessions provide me with copious amounts of knowledge geared towards running. My first park run 5k time was about 28 mins. My fastest recorded parkrun is now 18 mins 50 seconds. I also manged to do dalby dash 10k in about 43 mins. This transformation is due to the principles I learned from Mike. The sessions were very inclusive and the team work and laughs provided me with beautiful connection. I'm very grateful for the ethos of mprs.
